Thank you Stephanie

Our latest Breakfast Club sponsor, Stephanie, is a good friend of ours working with World Vision.

Menu: Braised beef with rice, banana cake and strawberries, and milk of course.

The beef was cooked overnight and very tender. Ironically, I think that’s why the kids weren’t overly fond of it. Malawians like their meat chewy! Anyway, they ate it all… then asked for fried chicken, again.

Thank you Stephanie. Thanks also to Dens and David who took care of everything since we were away.

Good beef!
